Jason at Anderson Carpet Cleaning is the best—hands down. I’ve used him for years, and he delivers every single time. Always on time, super easy to work with, and the results are incredible. With multiple dogs and a toddler, my carpets take a beating—but Jason somehow gets out everything (pet stains, coffee, you name it) and makes them look brand new. Same goes for my upholstery. If you’re in Westlake Village and need your carpets or furniture refreshed, don’t overthink it—just call Jason. Highly recommend.

The owner, Jason, has about 30 years of experience and is always on site, which I appreciate. They’ve cleaned my carpets, chairs, and sofa, and everything turned out great each time have had them in my home. They use a pet friendly, non-toxic product that actually works I had my carpets cleaned 5 months ago and none of the stains have come back. They are usually able to schedule within a few days, but in the summer it can be closer to a 2-week wait, so plan ahead if needed. I have worked with a lot of different carpet cleaning companies and this company has been the best on many different levels. Highly recommend.

We’ve been working with our carpet cleaner for years, and I can honestly say they’ve been one of the most reliable and impressive vendors we’ve ever had. Most recently, they worked their magic on our new pool area carpet—and somehow made it look even better than when it was first installed. Jason is always professional, consistent, and detail-oriented, and it really shows in the results every single time. We had 10 year old carpet that was still in good shape but had buckles and bulges in numerous places. I contacted Jason from Anderson Carpet who quickly provided me a fair and reasonable quote after I sent him pictures of the three rooms. After making an appointment, Jason kept in touch with excellent communication. He arrived on time and treated each area of our home with respect. After the carpets were stretched, they looked perfect. Jason cleaned and vacuumed each room. We are very happy with the result. Jason also accepts all types of payment including Venmo, Zelle, etc. If you have carpet maintenance needs, give Jason a call.

Jason is very responsive with scheduling and excellent with follow up. He has steam cleaned our white sofa a few times and just before Christmas we had our tile cleaned with him for the first time. Our tile floor turned out beautifully. He squeezed us in at the last minute which was very much appreciated considering Christmas was a couple of days away. His pricing is fair and we have been very happy with his services and will continue to use him. I highly recommend his company and their services!

I have used Anderson Carpets on 3 separate occasions, and each time I was very impressed with the quality of their work. Jason is easy to communicate with, punctual and responsive. I was amazed at how well he was able to remove the heavy stains caused by sap from a palm tree on my white outdoor cushions. He also cleaned the grouting inside our house and it all looks brand new again. And his pricing is very fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend him!
