After reading a rave review for Agoura Cleaners and Alterations, I took some pants to them to get alterations done. The work was so bad that I could not wear any of the pants that I took to them. I asked them to fix it as I was trying to work with them. They said nope, the work that was done on my pants was great and there was nothing else to be done to it and if I wanted it done "right" it would be expensive. Wow, is there any other way than getting it done right, especially if you are paying for it? They had already charged my card $400 for the work and refused to give me a refund. Terrible place and incompetent alteration.
Over promised and under delivered. Stained a new white shirt and failed to dry clean two of four pieces. When I dropped off, I was promised return within 48 hours but they decided, without calling me, to not dry clean two pieces because "they didn't have time" (Tags on best prove they didn't dry clean). Additionally, they left two stains (in photos) on my white shirt. I was charged full price less the shirt they ruined. The jacket was well pressed but cannot make up for the other failures.... I wish I could say better things. The son was very nice and apologetic. I hope others have a better experience
Excellent Customer Service! They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband‘s suit and pants were ready as soon as was humanly possible. They quoted me three days and had it ready the day after I dropped it off. I have used them a couple of times before, as we just moved to the area, and I will continue to come back to them. Everyone who works here is extremely polite, courteous, and kind. I would highly recommend this business!
