Excellent physician, Dr Khanlou!! Was kind, knowledgeable, actually read my chart prior to coming in the room so knew some history and medications..I am an RN and was greatly impressed and grateful!! Would definitely return in the future.

Dr Khanlou was excellent and extremely helpful. I’ve experienced a lot of doctors who don’t listen when you tell them you feel off, but he took his time with me and made sure to include me in the decision-making process on next steps after he laid out the options. I really appreciated his collaborative approach to medical recommendations.

First I was greeted with two lovely young ladies and they were very nice. Doctor Khanlou was also kind, pleasant and understanding and made me feel very much at ease. I would love to have him as my primary doctor! I would definitely come back to this Urgent care!!

Doctor and nurses here are wonderful! I went to a different Urgent care in Westlake prior to my visit here that was an awful experience, I was left with no help/answers which ultimately led me to AME Medical Urgent Care for a second opinion and second cry for help and boy am I happy I came here! The nurses were friendly, the doctor listened , genuinely cared , and took the time to look into my symptoms and throughly explain answers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AME Urgent Care over any others in the Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Calabasas area. Big thank you to the nurses and doctor here for genuinely caring about their patients and being so friendly and caring!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Homayoon Khanlou’s office! The entire place is super clean and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Khanlou is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to truly listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is also incredibl super friendly, respectful, and always courteous. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Khanlou’s office to anyone looking for top quality care in a warm and professional environment!

I was feeling terrible and the doctor on call listened carefully to my symptoms, explained the possibilities of recovery and administered a great selection of medications which made me feel better by the next day. The doctor was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this office and their entire staff.

Absolutely best medical Urgent Care we've seen EVER ! Wait time was 5min. Doctor HOMAYOON KHANLOU is wonderful: he treated my 76 years old mama twice this year. Diagnosed & took care of very bad ear & eye infections+ stopped Mama's thumb heavy bleeding after she peeled skin by accident. Antibiotics were prescribed both times & it was huge relieve. Doctor has THE BEST bedside manners, he is kind, very knowledgeable. Made my Mom feel good, stopped her panic because she was in so much pain. Mrs. Alita was great to organize visit. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou ! Very grateful !

Going to urgent care can be extremely challenging and stressful, especially the wait. This location is a hidden gem that offers excellent service and exceptional care. The doctors and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
