Nikolay from DNZ Property Services did an excellent job repairing our bathroom exhaust switch that wouldn’t turn off. He was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. Our work order began at 6:30 AM, and he arrived fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. Impressively, he completed the repair by 6:38 AM! He worked quickly and neatly, leaving everything in perfect order. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I reached out through their Google quote system at 530am to have some recessed lights installed/replaced. I was on a serious time constraint during our remodel. Nikolay messaged me back within minutes and was at my home by 7am. By 9am the cans had already been installed and the rest of the drywall was able to be installed without delay. Nikolay was open about some other design elements for the remodel and shared his experience/advice without being pushy. Would highly recommend DNZ

Great service I got from Nikolay, he was able to diagnose and explain to me the problem I was having. He helped me put in light switches explained how the house was routed wrong and showed us demonstrations. Overall he was very friendly and knew what he was doing got in and out while still being friendly.
